Oh, the '90's
Ok, technically--I was maybe around 10ish when I started becoming all grunge, with the chained accessories of I don't know what the hell was. But, it was a glorious time of kids running around and making mix tapes from radio stations requested songs. It was GOLD.
Nothing adds to the beautiful nature of waiting for an album to drop, not in digital form, but in record stores: *ahem, insert* Tower Records, yeah?!
Ha! So much, yes.
Ok, so cassette tapes were one thing. It was by default what I got for every special occasion like my birthday, valentines day, and the holidays--album after album that I always hoped to collect of course, of *ahem insert favorite band* Nirvana.

And, so yes, the '90s. For those of you who knows, knows. The feeling you get about the excitement of the week to come waiting for 90210's latest episode, with no DVR in sight. You get to watch it, maybe a rerun, but then--eventually, if you miss it, it's gone. The anticipation each time it goes to commercial break is relentless.
