Having a Bad Day?


I woke up today and feel really rested. But I woke up with a heavy heart and not fully aligned with the day that's about to come. As usual, routine becomes my morning as I press the coffee and blend it for our morning coffee. I do the rest like an automated robot, keeping at it while I can. Then I drive off to my Hot Yoga class. 


Everything is well, except I don't feel quite okay.
Wanting to raise your vibrations on your own is such a skill and that there are days for me that makes it so difficult. 
Bad things don't happen to people randomly. Bad things occur around us, it is generally up to us if we let this affect us. But, see--this is that 'skill' I was talking to you about--How to have a mindset of having a different reaction to bad thing occurring around you. The beauty in adversity is appreciating the other side of it.

For every storm, a rainbow.
For every heartbroken, a heart full.

Nothing is permanent. Everything is absolutely temporary.
