The Gift of Kombucha
Shortly, it'll be holidays in December. All over the world, everyone celebrates this festive season differently depending on their culture.
For the past few holidays, I've started a tradition of creating your gift from love. Things come and go, they go sale and the trend goes away. Most of these gifts I receive from my friends, they usually last a lifetime. It's either something someone created from scratch, or a thoughtful package of photographs and memories wrapped in plastic totes curated for you. I love them, and to this day--I remember them.
Last year was bath soap, the year before it was laundry soap...
So for this season, I'm giving the gift of Kombucha for anyone who requests for it. The gift is available all throughout the year, as the demand for SCOBY takes time. Literally, brewing time to ferment each layer. For each layer formed, a lot of love and gut health represents that SCOBY layer. If you take care of this pet, you will care for you gut more, your health is the best gift you could give yourself.
