Guide To Mending a Broken Heart
I lied, I was just kidding.
There is no guide.
Life lets you experience love, then for some annoying reason--you feel like it takes it away from you too. I bet you, you can still remember your first ever heart break--when you really thought to yourself that your heart was actually breaking.
So, anatomically you passionately love someone from the bottom of your hypothalamus (the epicenter of all things emotions). Then it is not necessarily that someone broke your hypothalamus, but when emotions are elevated--this is your brain trying to communicate with each department, that indeed someone did you wrong!
Notice how the industry thrives on all your broken hearts. Books written about it, tales, poetry, artwork, the ever-multi-billion industry of music, movies, and the whole world revolved around the make-up and the break-ups, the heartwarming and the heartbreaking. The joys and crucial pain everyone thinks they don't deserve, believe or not--you are not alone. We all get to experience this, in all sorts of forms: from puppy love to marriage.
So if you are in a search for a guide in mending your broken heart, you really wont find it in a blog, a book, or poetry. Perhaps, you can find it somewhere inside of your memories--preferably where you got hurt really bad? I mean, usually the mistakes you've made in the past are the best guides--granting you're not a moron who keep repeating the same mistake. And if so, well then "refer to break-up lesson number 1 through 4".
There is no guide even if you tried to write one. As for me, the guides keep rewriting itself through the years, and as you get older--you do get wiser. You're old, but wise. Ha!
Oh, life. It's beautiful, isn't it?
