Be Still in The Middle of Madness

A quiet mind endured throughout the wobble, will generate a much more stable well-being in your physical world. I must be honest, I easily get disheveled in more ways than one. However, the perception is quite different, I apparently look put together by some. My wife, on the other hand, she knows me--so she knows well how much she has to recite some mantras in front of me and assure me that it'll be 'okay'.

Realizing this, I wanted to share with all of you--it's normal to be chaotic in your head, but don't let that consume you. Don't let an unattended mind wander off into some black holes you would not know how to handle.

Be aware.
Be present.
As all my yoga teachers would remind us, "if you get lost in your thoughts--go back to your breath and follow that."

Just Breathe.
