Meaningful Relationships
I have long lasting friends if you check out my rap sheet.
I am literally probably the first serial friendster you'd ever meet.
What does this do? I guarantee my bridges, keep them afloat and always made sure I connected beyond distance and time.
I think I have been well-known to emotionally secure a person in feeling at-home and closing the gap of time and distance. I am known to be that friend who makes you feel intimidated and loved all in one sentence, and you'll like it--NO, you'll love it!
But enough of the bragging about how good of a friend I am. I only say this to prove that you pick your friends of quality and positivity, and I get what I give--I am a true believer of this, and if you are my friend and you know me, you understand this with all your heart.
With all the upbringing of my generation back in the 80s, I blame that time for keeping me close and connected to the relationships I created. I blame that generation where it was analog enough, we all had to interact without phones! Fast forward to today, I noticed how my son does not have the same friendship connections, maybe it shifted and maybe times have really changed.
My whole take on it, value the small and big connections you have with anyone you get into contact with. You will never know how life will unfold, paths may or may not cross again but meaningful relationships are one of life's best kept secret.
