Have You Lived Lately?

One of the ongoing themes you will stumble upon my blogosphere around here will be the nature of taking risks. Going for your dream is not merely pinning on Pinterest a bunch of quotes and letting it sit on your carefully curated pin boards for the social media world to see, but to actually unplug and putting in the work on a regular basis is.

I am in the middle of reading the intro to the book YOU ARE A BADASS by Jen Sincero, and she mentions highlight worthy statements like: "If you want to live a life you've never lived you have to do things you've never done", so if this doesn't posts some important questions you'd like to ask yourself, then I don't know what would.

How many times have you encountered people whom you really think have gone bonkers for jumping into their weird dream, and actually making it. Once in a while, you see this happen and you have to commend them for their bravery.

We all have the desire to plunge in and take the risk, but we don't. We hesitate and we do everything in our power to do so, to prevent our dream for being a reality.

We, in reality, self-sabotage without us even realizing this. Imagine, if we did everything in our power to reverse this and actually work hard on making things happen? Risking is not just plunging head first, with no plan whatsoever, risking is still a work of art that you truly make an effort of doing. Sometimes, the whole plan is to just be brave. Maybe sometimes, for some of us, the plan is to welcome and accept the idea or thought of a change about to occur.

As simple as if I am living my dream currently, and this life I designed is exactly what my life should be, what would my day look like?

Personally, daydreaming is sort of like a portal into your thoughts creatively flying into something you want to become. So, daydream hard and go do stuff.
